Register a Team
Please read all of the information below prior to registering your team.
Team registration is a 3-step process:
Team Number purchased from www.shopdi.org or assigned by your District Coordinator
Register as a TVNC Team Manager
Register your team
Purchase a team number:
Prior to purchasing your team number, check with your district representative to determine what type of support your school or district provides. Some districts, schools and PTAs provide financial support and have a process to follow. Schools new to DI may also qualify for free memberships.
Go to www.shopdi.org to purchase your membership. Note that prices per team vary depending on the number of memberships you purchase and the type of membership, i.e., Competitive or Rising Stars.
Team numbers will be given following DI's receipt of your payment. A team number may not be shared with another team. If your district purchases your membership, your district coordinator will give you your team number.

Note: If you had a team last year, you already have an account. Only one account can be tied to a particular email address. If you do not remember or do not know your user name and/or password, do the following:
User Name - try using your name (firstname lastname) - most accounts set up by regional directors and district representatives used this format. Request a new password if you don't remember.
If that doesn't work, your email address should work as User Name, if hasn't changed since last year. If it has, create a new account.
Password - if you do not know your password, use the Request New Password function in the Texas DI home page.
Register Your Team - Only One Team Manager Should Register a Team
To register your team with the Region, use the account created in the above step to access the Texas DI website at www.texasdi.org. Detailed instructions are given here.
You'll be prompted for detailed information about your team. Refer to "Rules of the Road" regarding grade, birthdate and level if you have questions. Provide as much information as possible, and don't forget to "Save" your information.
ONLY when you're ready to register for the tournament should you check the "Team Information complete" box.
Tournament fees may be paid online if using a credit card. Check with your district coordinator before doing this. Some districts pay for their teams' tournament fees. Directions for payment will be on the online form. Pay tournament fee here.
